The Department says a lane closure is scheduled for the Hutchinson River Parkway northbound and southbound between Exit 8 (Sanford Boulevard) and Exit 13 (Cross County Parkway) in the Westchester County villages of Eastchester and Mount Vernon and the city of New Rochelle.
The closure will occur Tuesday, Nov. 19 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. while crews perform construction activities, weather permitting.
During this time, motorists should plan accordingly, seek alternate routes where possible and anticipate delays, the NYSDOT says.
